Attorney Casey J. Hoff is a graduate from the prestigious Marquette Law School. Prior to
law school, he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Casey has a strong
interest in constitutional rights and hosted a radio talk show on political and legal topics for many years prior
to pursuing a legal career.
Jennie Westenberger is our paralegal. She not
only runs the daily business of the office, but also conducts legal research projects and assists in trial preparation.
She is our in-house expert on many legal issues that arise, given her many years of exprience working in the legal field.
Sarah Obear
is our legal assistant. She is responsible for secretarial duties and works on projects related to trial preparation
and motion work. She is currently pursuing a degree in Paralegal Studies. Yes, you guessed it - in addition to
being part of the Obear Defense team, she is also a member of the Obear family.
